Four Seasons Fencing are commercial fencing contractors and suppliers based near Ashford in Kent, working across the South East. Alongside the main brochure site they run FSF Fencing Supplies, a WooCommerce shop selling everything from timber panels and gates to livestock equipment, and Mark Scott Arenas, a sister business building equestrian arenas, stables and surfaces.

The shop has stock, orders and payments to protect. The brochure sites lead on projects and enquiries. All three were built on different page builders and needed looking after properly.

Every month we apply WordPress core, theme and plugin updates – including WooCommerce, WPBakery and Avada – after testing them, with rollback ready. Malware scanning, firewall protection, uptime monitoring and daily offsite backups run across all three sites.

The shop gets particular care: checkout, payments, shipping and stock are checked after every update. Speed and Core Web Vitals are monitored and tuned, and content changes, fixes and small improvements go through the client portal to people who already know the sites. A clear monthly report covers what was updated, what was fixed and what we recommend next.

Three sites stay current, secure and fast without anyone at FS Group having to think about them. There has been no security incident under our care, the shop keeps trading through every update, and the team has one point of contact for everything – however many sites the group runs.
